The CUET 2025 results dropped today, and they’re breaking records left and right! A whopping 2.1 million students appeared for the exam this year, making it the largest CUET batch ever. The results were announced a week ahead of schedule, giving students extra time to prepare for counseling sessions.The overall success rate jumped to an impressive 78.3%, up from last year’s 72.6%. What’s really turning heads is the perfect 100 percentile achieved by 17 students across the country – that’s more than double compared to last year’s eight toppers.The National Testing Agency has introduced a new digital verification system that lets universities instantly verify student scores, cutting down the admission timeline by nearly two weeks.

Gender-wise performance analysisGirls have outshined boys yet again in CUET 2025, continuing their dominant trend from previous years. Female candidates secured an average percentile of 72.3 compared to 67.1 for male candidates.Of the 17 perfect scorers this year, 10 are female candidates. The gender ratio of test-takers was almost balanced at 51:49 (female:male), showing increasing participation from female students.The biggest gender performance gap appeared in language subjects, where female candidates outperformed males by nearly 7 percentile points. In STEM domains, the gap narrowed to just 2.3 percentile points.Subject-wise highest scoresSome subjects saw absolutely stellar performances this year.
